About me

A life reimagined

I’ve led a full life—one that’s included an international career in advertising and deep exposure to many cultures. But I reached a point where I was no longer fulfilled by achievement alone. That’s when I began searching for something more lasting.

THE PROCESS

How We Work Together

A Relational Approach to Change

Therapy, as I practice it, isn’t about fixing symptoms or offering quick solutions. It’s about building a relationship—one that allows for deep reflection, emotional honesty, and eventually, transformation.

In this video, I share what led me to this work and how I think change really happens: through complexity, courage, and curiosity. When we begin to see ourselves differently, new choices emerge—often ones we couldn’t have imagined before.

MY CLIENTS

Who I Work With

I work with adults from all walks of life, with a special focus on individuals in demanding roles or facing transitions across culture, identity, or life stage.

Purpose & Meaning

For those asking deeper questions about who they are, what they value, and what they want their life to stand for.

Affirming Therapy for LGBTQ+ & BIPOC Clients

A space where your full identity is seen, respected, and explored—not just accepted, but understood as essential.

Cross-Cultural & Immigrant Experience

Support for navigating the in-betweenness of cultural identity—whether you’ve arrived in a new country, returned “home,” or live between worlds.

High-Pressure Lives & Leadership

For anyone in roles that carry responsibility, visibility, or high stakes—where outer performance can mask inner conflict or exhaustion.

My previous Career

Before I was a therapist, I was a CEO in Asia

I spent two decades leading creative teams across cultures, writing books, and trying to understand what drives people beneath the surface.
